SureCart EU Helper adds an EU Right of Withdrawal flow to your SureCart store, the customer-facing “withdrawal button” and request handling that EU consumer law requires, built directly into the SureCart customer dashboard.
It’s a modular compliance plugin: enable only the features you need, and turn on more as they’re added over time.
What it does
- Shows a Right of Withdrawal notice on the customer dashboard for eligible EU customers with recent orders.
- Lets customers submit a withdrawal request through a clear two-step flow (review → confirm), so the request reflects exactly what they declared.
- Supports partial withdrawal — customers can choose specific items and quantities within an order, not just the whole order.
- Records every request in an admin Withdrawal Log, showing the customer, the order, and the exact items and quantities requested.
- Keeps you in control: nothing is refunded or cancelled automatically. You review each request and process it manually in SureCart.
- Includes merchant tools for handling requests — decline, reset, and anonymize a request (removing personal data while keeping the transactional record).
